There were many pros with prior mgt.

Cons

New management came in & in-did whatever the prior mgt. had put in place. I and many others had been hired & laid off within 5 months. If I had known that, I would have taken another offer.

No training structure, management doesn't address training issues, people are put on the back burner indefinitely in regards to their career progression.
