      Impersonal, short-term focused, limited growth for early-mid career professional

      This company's senior executives and managers are mid-lower tier professionals. Disciplines, such as HR, Sales and Finance, are lacking in experience and quality at the top. Decisions are short-term focused and lacking in vision. The absence of strong leadership at the top results from the private equity ownership structure of the company. In summary, this is not a sound career stop for a young professional looking to accumulate experience or mid-level manager pursuing advancement opportunities.

      Changing management has the whole company up in the air.

      Pros

      There were many pros with prior mgt.

      Cons

      New management came in & in-did whatever the prior mgt. had put in place. I and many others had been hired & laid off within 5 months. If I had known that, I would have taken another offer.
