Pros

If you like to be self directed and can keep a management target off your back its regular work

Cons

All issues that arise get blamed on field service techs as a group. Blanket "corrective"emails from all levels of management show a lack of managers experience and inability to accept management failures. Payscale levels do not match up and employees are discouraged from discussing it with area managers. Company policy is quit if you dont like it.

Pros

Good group of people. Strong knowledge base. Management genuinely cares about their employees. I cover 4 states for MR and CT. My customers love me, which means they renew their contracts. This makes me an effective employee, with negotiating power. If you have a poor attitude, and an unwillingness to do the right thing, of course, you will not be valued.

Cons

I don't have any cons. This company is what you make it to be. If you are a poor employee, and do not resonate well with customers, you will obviously not be a valuable asset.
