Pros
Mabel's Labels was one of the greatest companies I have ever worked for. The team is wonderful! The people really make this company great. It's a rather small group, but everyone really comes together to help each other out. The company was started by 4 working moms, so upper management truly understands the importance of work/life balance.
Cons
Since the company is still relatively small, there is not a lot of room for growth or pay increases. They do offer small quarterly bonuses, but those are heavily dependent upon the total amount of sales, which the targets are not always met. The benefits package is basic/standard, nothing impressive, but covers the basics.
