Pros

The work wasn't that difficult. The company actually seemed to care about it's employees. Many benefits and gifts around Christmas. They even provided lunch on occasion.

Cons

There was some room for better organization. The employees didn't understand the concept of an assembly line. As with most factories numbers are stressed. Employees have no concept of teamwork or quality.

Cons

CEO is a sad joke. The company had to make fake reviews to get his approval rating up. This should tell you all you need to know. Poorly ran, treats employees like servants and going nowhere pretty much describes the entire company.
