Pros

Caring team. Fair pay with bonuses and many opportunities for promotion. Factory is climate controlled. Nice breakroom area with TVs and free coffee, water, and fruit. Overtime is balanced and sometimes voluntary.

Cons

Employee lot needs more parking spaces. Tough to find spots in the mornings on 1st shift.
