Cons

Management is full of snakes. Bad pay. Crazy high expectations. Favoritism. Sexual harassment cover ups. Racism. Horrible work atmosphere.

Pros

The people that work at the Trenton plant are hard working and great to get to know. Great benefits for the employees. Very nice breakroom as well.

Cons

Plant is not temperature controlled so it gets dangerously hot in the summer time, even with fans. Salaried employees do not have work/life balance due to volume of work and to be successful, you must work long hours.

Money and benefits are good. Most people are friendly.

Cons

Certain managers are extremely hostile. I have seen them berate employees without giving them a chance to explain. They want things done their way and then blame everyone else when it doesn't work they way they wanted. Extremely toxic/hostile environment.
