Nice location and Ok Work Environment pending management

Cons

Could Increase pay as inflation has cost of living to almost double and little 2 % Increases don’t really make an overall difference when you are on the lower end of salaries. But I guess it’s better than nothing .

Money and benefits are good. Most people are friendly.

Cons

Certain managers are extremely hostile. I have seen them berate employees without giving them a chance to explain. They want things done their way and then blame everyone else when it doesn't work they way they wanted. Extremely toxic/hostile environment.
