Underpays workers in general. Lots of uncertainty and mismanagement from corporate and sister plants. It could be a great company!

Management is full of snakes. Bad pay. Crazy high expectations. Favoritism. Sexual harassment cover ups. Racism. Horrible work atmosphere.
