      Great pay, culture is better than most

      Cons

      Not alot of training given, alot of playing in with throwing things back in forth, playing around on teams with emojis and lack really helping the one person who is really needing ingredients the help just whispering about them behind their back culture. Mangers too.

      Pros

      The people that work at the Trenton plant are hard working and great to get to know. Great benefits for the employees. Very nice breakroom as well.

      Cons

      Plant is not temperature controlled so it gets dangerously hot in the summer time, even with fans. Salaried employees do not have work/life balance due to volume of work and to be successful, you must work long hours.
