      Money and benefits are good. Most people are friendly.

      Cons

      Certain managers are extremely hostile. I have seen them berate employees without giving them a chance to explain. They want things done their way and then blame everyone else when it doesn't work they way they wanted. Extremely toxic/hostile environment.

      Pros

      The work wasn't that difficult. The company actually seemed to care about it's employees. Many benefits and gifts around Christmas. They even provided lunch on occasion.

      Cons

      There was some room for better organization. The employees didn't understand the concept of an assembly line. As with most factories numbers are stressed. Employees have no concept of teamwork or quality.
