Pros

90% paid health, dental, and vision insurance. Coworkers felt like family. Lots of paid time off.

Cons

No raises in years. Very low pay for the industry. (You can stock shelves at Costco for the same entry level wage as tech support.) No recognition from management. No 5 year plan- heck, not even a 1 year plan. They're just going with the flow and begging current users to stay since they can't sell to new offices. Technical debt all over the software. Designs and projects are carried out 80% of the way before being abandoned for the CEO's 'next big idea/top priority'. Nothing is ever completed and rolled out to end users in a way that would make anyone proud. Users are leaving at an alarming rate and aren't being replaced by new sales since the software is no longer competitive in the market. Promotions are given and positions are undeservedly kept based on friendship with the 'old boys club' of upper management. The CEO is running this place into the ground with his outdated ideas and his refusal to listen to anyone. Upper management has NO IDEA what their staff does on a day to day basis because they spend all of their time in meetings about how to make things better instead of actually trying to make things better.
