Good Scheme

Pros

The course is 2 years which now at the end gets you to be Assistant PM, there is a mass of support from this office. There is a lot to learn but the staff are willing to help and encouraging with your career.

Cons

The graduate scheme has recently changed meaning you're Assistant after 2 years rather than PM, nonetheless the reasoning behind this is extremely justifiable and if you are performing they can take a view case by case.

Pros

There are no pros besides getting to move to London for the first year.

Cons

Management is a joke and there is no opportunity for promotion.
