Ok life/work balance. Fully seconded to clients to manage their own processes, Mace doesn't request much of you.

Cons

Team too disperse. Culture suffers with that. No clear progression.

Company away-days (Quaterly gatherings) are good.

Cons

2k bonus and 2% pay raise per year regardless of performance. No remote working from abroad. HR and IT support is awful. They can't negotiate better IT facilities with their clients where Mace employees are seconded to.
