Cool company, innovative, great benefits/culture - Macerich was very corporate but had a very unique feel to it.

Cons

Some people were promoted to very senior positions extremely quickly, while other hard workers were not.

If you are a hard worker you will do well. If you slack off or just try to get by you may have trouble

There was some inconsistencies between managers. Some were fantastic and others were mediocre. It made a big difference in your experience as an employee.
