Pros
The atmosphere was always positive. They do a great job of hiring top-notch people so you feel surrounded by a team of peers that are competent, motivated, supportive, and really fun to be around! There was always an opportunity to learn more and grow with the company, and good employees were always encourages to apply for open positions. Awesome leadership from the top down.
Cons
Long hours and some evening and weekend work, especially for managers. But with the shopping centers bustling with visitors during those times, it was always enjoyable and different from the often quiet weekday hours.
