Nothing. Everything is standard. Nothing special.

Cons

There’s no work life balance. You cannot call out sick without guilt tripping you. Horrible managers who does not have basic management skills to manage a team. There are undertones when it comes to race and personal beliefs beware.

Truly the worst experience of my professional career. Everyone is a relative or has been there for 20-30 years. Chauvinistic and arrogance beyond belief. They aren’t competitive in salaries however the average amount of hours worked in my Dept was prob @ 25- weekly full time hours so that’s why people stay. They will be the next REIT to be acquired or taken over. They are forecasting false information to Wall Street. Good luck with that Karma MAC . Run for your life before working for this company !!!!! X10 I would have scored negative stars if I could have

Pros

Decent benefits plan when compared to the industry. In most cases interdepartmental relationships with other employees are pleasant and they actually willing to help if you ask.

Cons

Segmented work environment where the left hand is not even aware of the right hands existence. Very limited communication with people outside of your work silo, often with people in the same office reporting to a different command structure. Too many layers of VP's and AVP's who seem to have no experience at a property level.
