Machines and operators which cut steel like scoops of butter A very easy culture which is very accepting and more family like in nature Large diverse customer base

Poor visibility to realtime output data. Takes a very high skill set to work there. Little to no feedback from supervisors in an ongoing manner. No real job/ career progression or direction is established for employees Lack of formal training regiment
