Pros

General good work/life balance. Direct leadership listens and works to help you meet you goals.

Cons

General office politics can get in the way, varried PM performance (some good, some bad) depending on who is in the role, lack of vertical growth opportunities for middle management

Pros

There are a lot of pros! Great benefits, salary, friendly staff, flexible work schedule, work-life balance. Lots of different project types, so you can find one that you enjoy working on. Multi-discipline firm means you get to learn a lot from your coworkers in other departments (arch, landscape, structural, civil, land use planning, interiors, traffic).

Cons

It is a large firm (con and pro), but the team sizes are small enough to really get to know the people you work with on a daily basis (pro). Corporate structure can sometimes lead to slow change, but they are genuinely interested in providing positive changes for employees.
