Pros

Flexible schedule: I had to commute to work, but they didn't mind me coming in later to avoid the high traffic. I was also able to go to the gym during the day. The new office in North Austin is very nice, with large windows looking out over a wooded area. Adjustable height desks and lots of space. Also gave me my preference of laptop (windows or mac). Benefits were amazing, and very inexpensive to add spouse/family members to medical/vision/dental plans. Weekly check-ins with supervisors were often more about what they could do for me rather than the other way around. Providing me with the chances to expand my knowledge/skillsets and giving me a chance to delve into the areas I was curious about was explicitly expressed as a priority by my supervisors on multiple occasions.

Cons

Better documentation and more developer standards/guidelines would have been nice to have.
