Pros

Good work life balance in general.

Cons

No cons except good wlb mostly. Great career killer. You will never get what you deserve unless you play politics regardless of your performance as they don’t value their employees and do nothing to help them with their careers. There are also constant lay offs. They can push dei initiatives to appear as they care so much, at the expense of their existing hardworking employees. Lastly, some colleagues were not so friendly to say the least and the management never cares. They are very successful in losing great talent though. I would steer clear of this company if you are looking for career growth in any aspect.
