Pros

Intelligent co-workers, laid back atmosphere and dress code. Access to most of the companies published books for free! Convenient location.

Cons

Executive management does not manage change very well. There is extremely high turnover because employees feel undervalued. Pay is on the lower side.

Ongoing restructuring creates a sense of insecurity, most important market (composition) has shrunk in recent years, company is suffering now because of earlier failure to develop coherent media strategy, salesforce morale is low after a series of bad years, many employees expect ownership to sell if poor results continue
