Pros

It's small enough to have the benefits of working for a small company, but large enough to have experience on par with other houses.

Cons

The entry level pay is lower than others in the field, and the building is not always the best working environment.

Pros

Flexibility. Opportunities to make changes and improve. Good product is easy and fun to promote.

Cons

Very poor internal communication. Very little cooperation between departments. No one knows what the other person is doing. Lack of support can be frustrating. Very little relevant, cohesive training for new employees. High job turnover rate (but comparable to other publishing companies).
