Pros

Most on my immediate team were great colleagues. I learned a lot.

Cons

I had very little interaction with my manager who was unavailable 90% of the time and had terrible people skills. I interviewed for one position but was offered a different position. It wasn’t really clear how my business unit cohered within the company as a whole. I was told to lead and complete two large projects which had been mismanaged before I joined and then set aside, and it became clear when they were finished that my manager never supported them from the start.
