No micro-management/ Friendly employees/ Company recognition/ Run territory like it's your own business

Cons

Sometimes forced to work with editorial/ marketing for no apparent reason. Sales meetings are very long and prep work is done over holidays. A lot of projects/ busy work to do that have no relevance to your job
