Pros

new work can be learnt if given opportunities. Very old school.

Cons

Very unprofessional environment. Too much politics. No training provided. Blame game. No professionalism at all. If you work here you will have to deal with the women dominated enviroment which is if no good. Too many mood swings, too many mood swings, too much ego and no knowledge at all. working culture is really bad. HR is a puppet.
