Pros

The people I worked with are all very nice and supportive, great office spirit and always happy to help me.

Cons

pay and promotion opportunities are very limited. Some employees have been in the same position for 20 years... Lack of training opportunities.

Pros

Flexibility. Opportunities to make changes and improve. Good product is easy and fun to promote.

Cons

Very poor internal communication. Very little cooperation between departments. No one knows what the other person is doing. Lack of support can be frustrating. Very little relevant, cohesive training for new employees. High job turnover rate (but comparable to other publishing companies).
