Pros

The schedule was very flexible and the work let me get very familiar with equipment and methods for industry that I worked in.

Cons

The software and equipment were out of date and not kept in good repair because of budget restrictions. There was also so much political infighting among professors it was a real eye opener.

The only good that I have to say is that the hours are decent and the pay is decent

red tape everywhere, clique-like management, toxic environment, poor management
