Pros

Benefits and pay weren't bad. Considering the work it's very fair. Always felt like the company cared about me. They jumped through hoops a couple times. Processes for extended learning. Great company culture.

Cons

In my experience it can be a little stressful and hectic corresponding with people. Not because they are unwilling but by the nature of a small company and the fact you're often not working anywhere near the HQ, it can take some time sometimes to get a response on something.

Pros

work life balance, relatively good pay. the trips sponsored by management are good. Would reccomend if it is something you like

Cons

could try paying more, promotion prospects. also the interview process need =s more in person stuff. covid relaxation and work from home benefits
