Pros

Many employees have worked there for 5+ years. Excellent benefit plan - they pay for you and your family health, dental, vision insurance.

Cons

It's a small business, so no flashy website or fancy building. Down to earth.

Pros

I started as Qc and safety with mzt and through them I was able to learn and gain all of the skills necessary to continue as a qc/safety! There were lots of opportunities presented and lots of growth!

Cons

There isn’t any true cons everyone was great to work with at MZT, I only left the company because I decided to move out of state.
