Everything felt like a disorganized shamble, with tactless approaches to communication and planning at every turn. Decisions were made without input or proper guidance, leaving employees feeling underappreciated and constantly scrambling. There was no clear direction or strategy, just half-baked ideas tossed out without regard for the impact on the team. Any hard work or extra effort was met with silence as if no one cared or even noticed. It's hard to stay motivated when you're treated like a cog in a machine, no matter what you contribute.

Most managers here at Macro-Z-Technology Co. are terrible human beings. The management is comprised of some of the most toxic and problematic people I've ever had the displeasure to work with. My supervisor is a perfect example of a toxic and vile person who was given enough power that they become even more abusive and problematic.
