Pros

Upper management will show the appreciation to the employee. Wonderful work environment- GMP facility is new, cubic is comfortable. Almost every system is the electric one-even the GMP system. They are easy to use after you get used to it. The senior employees here are very professional in their own area.

Cons

Turnover is a little high. Training seems not sufficient.
