-Nice coworkers -Interesting work -Comfortable building -Great healthcare benefits -Work/life balance is better than some other companies, although I always had to hustle too much when at work. The additional day off every 2 years of service was great.

Cons

-Pay below industry standard -Minimal promotions with shifting goal posts -Some groups work far harder than others for similar pay, and it was noticed -Research is treated as second class compared to development and clinical -I was never able to profit off my stock, it was always underwater -Very poor maternity/family leave policy
