      If You Like Factory Work, It's Not Terrible...

      Pros

      *It depends on what department you worked in. In certain departments you didn't have to work overtime (unless you really wanted to). *Job security (as long as you showed up for work) *Most of your coworkers are pretty cool *Decent pay

      Cons

      *Depending on the department, you might have to work a ton of overtime *Not much room for advancement *Communication (just overall) wasn't very good *High turnover rate (so there would/could be a lot of extra work because you're always short-staffed)

      Best company I have ever worked for. Family culture, pay is good, friendly co-workers and manager. Everyone I worked with had my back.

      Cons

      A lot of time spent at a computer.
