      The benefits. The company really cares about its employees.

      Cons

      Work-life balance difficulty. Certain things don't need to be addressed immediately. I felt it hard to balance my personal and professional lives while employed with the company.

      The peoplea are great, the job stability is good, the salary is competitive and the benefits are decent, the working hours are somewhat flexible.

      Cons

      The work can be uninteresting at times, and the company isn't in a sexy industry. The 401k match is below average.
