Pros

As long as you are there for years, you will have more and more days of, some opportunities to grow

Cons

No consideration at all to the hard working employees. Me and my team had recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars in frauds and stray merchandise and, all what they give us is Pizza or food coupons every once in a while. i mean how is possible? even the they send us many seasonal asset protection officers with not experience to train them, for free! We do an excellent work in everything we do and even we exceed their expectations!!! They said us that we break many records in the west coast area of America, and even, no consideration at all!! no bonuses, no nothing!!!!

Pros

Store Manager really seemed to care about the store's success and supported Asset Protection (my department). The "rules" of asset protection were smart and safety was always a priority.

Cons

Sales managers were overworked and complained about working conditions and not getting time off. Pay was quite low considering some of the duties of the job (approaching and apprehending shoplifters).
