Pros

-established well known company, good to put on your resume as experience -Summer Friday hours (9am-1pm) -corporate perks -visibility to NYC corporate environment

Cons

-poor workplace vibe -managers consider you expendable, little to no room for long term career development -lots of gossiping behind your back; employees seem two-faced -company tries to make it seem like they care about their employees, but they really don't

Pros

great office culture, people at the buyer planner level are generally pretty in touch with corporate culture, great place to learn. People want you to succeed.

Cons

Pay is horrible, takes a long time to be placed, mass exodus every April for higher paying jobs
