Pros
Team I work with is very understanding and reasonable when it came to my onboarding at macys. Love the work life balance that working remotely offers. Occasional travel for work to different locations. Insurance rates are great. Haven't had a chance to move upwards yet but while interviewing I was told that I'm able to put my skills towards areas of interest and transition to other teams within company.
Cons
January can be required overtime for two weeks, only time this occurs out of the whole year. No company stock.
