Pros

Employee discount, the head hanchos of the store were very pleasant and supportive

Cons

I worked part time so I was basically a filler for wherever they needed people so I never was in any department long enough to know the brands and truly be able to help customers. Working in dresses was insanity! and forget it if you work on the weekends because the dressing rooms look like a war zone.

Pros

Good employer for women, many locations for work, room for promotion, strong company with solid reputation in retail

Cons

Workforce reductions translate to unrealistic expectations. Ethics waning. Very high pressure to meet sales/goals. Youth oriented, morale in mgmt. trending downwards.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere. Opportunity to get a lot of hours. You make your own schedule, most of the time.

Cons

Will hound you about getting people to sign up for credit cards. Coupons and discounts can be a hassel.
