Pros

Best place to learn about retail with exposure to a variety of products and vendors. The work gets "too hands-on" sometimes, but it really is what it takes to learn so next time you will know how to manage through the process/big picture.

Cons

Pay can be a little bit more competitive considering the level of stress (especially during holidays) and the frequent over-8-hour days, monthly performance-based bonus would be really nice.

Pros

20% employee discount. If you do a great job they have awards and a dinner with the President that you receive.

Cons

The salary is terrible. Most entry level jobs start out at a 11.00 per hour or 30,000 a year. If you get lucky you get around 35,000 for analyst jobs.

Pros

The associates I work with are outstanding. The level of dedication by associates and managers to provide outstanding customer service is admirable. All levels of emjployees are dedicated to working hard, providing good service and meeting the stores goals,

Cons

The staffing is a huge concern. There are simply not enough associates staffed to provide the level of service the company wants to be known for providing their customers. The management can be unprofessional and petty about small issues.
