Not much room for mobility. They tend to overstaff during seasonal holiday rush. Wouldn't make a career out of it, even as a manager. Managers were always disgruntled and seemed to be worked to the bone.

The people you work with. I have worked with some great people but sadly a majority of those who do well here are the laziest people you will ever meet. Passing off their work load onto others, focusing their time to selling (stealing customers) to increase their commission rate. But when it comes time to to stock work the magazines come out, texting on their phone and so on and so forth. It's sad when a manager knows where to go look for an associate...Asleep in one of the dressing rooms, and yet they don't receive any sort of discipline for it. I've been trying for 2 years now to become full time, my score card and work ethic is outstanding but apparently never good enough. If you are lazy you'll do well, if your hard working please don't waste your time.
