Pros

Macy's goes above and beyond to ensure that the people working behind the scenes are taken care of. From multiple opportunities for individual recognition, to free treats for holidays and special events, to offering benefits to domestic partners, Macy's is an excellent company to be a part of.

Cons

At the beginning, you don't get very much PTO, and full time benefits don't kick in until 6 months of service. And while they are very supportive with position changes, you must be an employee 4 months up to a year before your application for a department move will even be considered.
