Pros

Systems are very sophisticated. Experiences vary according to whether or not you are supervised by someone with concern for your development and the capability to coach/train. The experience can fast track an employee in one area whiIe the person sitting next to you with the same skill set takes twice as long to get promoted. It''s a crap shoot whether this happens or not and it directly affects your promotions.

Cons

In my experience a lot of manager at all levels of the company have excellent analytical skills and very poor people skills.

Pros

Employee discount Great communication with management Great understanding from management and HR when dealing with scheduling conflicts between work and school

Cons

If you are working as a floater you are not given enough time to learn about all of the merchandise so sales may be lost. Since most of the employees are working on a commission basis it is highly competitive and can make for a stressful work environment at times.
