In its prime, we had some really smart folks doing innovative work adding value to the store business. Work / life balance is good. Pay is good. Still some good people there.

Cons

Recent layoffs has not only resulted in blood letting to reduce payroll, but the targeting of the experienced technical folks $$$ is leaving MST with a true technical void. Multiple layoffs in the last year. Too much reliance on off shore contract resources which have little or no knowledge of the systems they support.
