Minimum wage. You can get some perks if you make good sales and open new accounts, though.

Nice people, clean and safe work environment, easy jobs, good breaks, and ability to control your shifts.

Cons

The pay isn't that great. Fitting rooms are awful to clean and employer isn't likely to be kind when your sick and need to stay home.
