Pros

The training that everyone goes through is done in one day in a 9 hour period. It consists of sitting at a computer all day, watching videos, filling out forms. You're basically forgotten in the room and if you don't take a lunch on your own time, it'll be about 3/4 of the way through the day before they come in and offer you a break. Then you get a tour of the store and once you're done, you meet with the manager for your department and then you get to leave. So if you work quickly you get to leave sooner. It's better than having your training expanded over a period of several days.

Cons

A lot of training is repetitive so it get's annoying quickly.

Current job position helped develop current career path interest.

Cons

Working retail hours is never easy, especially during the holidays. My schedule plus needs some work also.
