The pay was okay but was not worth it. NO work life balance, no life pretty much, frequent schedule changes, everything is about credit. You will have to get credits, clean fitting rooms, do go backs, 6 day work weeks starting last week of Nov up until last week of Dec, 12 hour shift on Thanksgiving or Black Friday with 1 hour lunch break. Almost every Jan-Feb you'll be wondering if you'll be laid off. Overall, the culture wasn't for me.
