Pros

Good development. Great people to work with. Pay is decent if you negotiate you pay in the beginning. Opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Staffing levels are low. Managers seem overworked at times. I would work in a case line business not in clothing.

Pros

-Flexible sheduling -Can switch your shift with most employees (but not all) - Gaining retail and sales experince -Working in different department -Being pt and workig ft hours if I can -Getting to know a lot of different products

Cons

-People call out a lot -Poor communication from managers ( need more ) -Always asking if someone can extend or come in early ( need more people) -Scheduling is all done by computer
