Pros

Macy's used to be a classy place to work. Terry either does not care or has no clue as to how his people are being treated.

Cons

From the top down, they do not value you, especially in management positions. The new culture is to have you work your ass off and then squeeze everything they can out of you and then discard you like yesterday s news. Macy's is no longer a pleasant place to work, run and run fast,!
