Pay good, but management could have been better

Pros

Real pay good most of the time hours generally worked for me after school

Cons

2.13 an hour base pay still had to pay for food (although we did have 50% off) Management was confusing or annoying sometimes, especially about time off.

Flexible hours, people are willing to help in covering your shift. Good money. Tips are usually adequate

Cons

The customer is right until they aren't. And management will never have your back. They always side with the customer, and make you feel stupid for being on the other end of the situation.
